Doubletree By Hilton Milan Hotel

This place suits me perfectly. Excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. They helped me return my forgotten earpods on my first stay. I always enjoy my time here and will definitely return for a city trip.

The website make reference to the hotel been 1.5km from the San Siro, which is actually 5km. The questionaire in the room made reference to a welcome cookie that was never offered. The reception staff were less than helpful on check in and check out.

Breakfast does not match the 4 stars.

Nice design and Clean room, good breakfast, staffs are really helpful. The welcome cookies are really impressive. But the location is too far from city center,it took 45MINS to get to the centre by dart.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and amicable, location was marvellous by tram to the city center. The breakfasts were astonishing with 40 minutes train to center of Milan and decent service. Stayed there for business trip and had a very very good experience, so I would have stayed for longer.

Everything was perfect, very clean, very nice breakfast, coffee in the room to make it from your own, very kind stuff!

Have no idea why this hotel doesnt have 5 stars. Absolutely great. Very nice design, little touches added (like chocolate cookie (which is delicious) upon arrival), all facilities are just like in 5 stars, staff is very helpful. A bit far away from the centre - but for the price paid during high season and sale time - its ok. Overall - very, very nice hotel.

20 minutes to get to the duomo with the tram (no metro close to the hotel)..But the tram stops very close to the hotel and passes very often. The neighborhood was not very nice.

Great breakfast and friendly staff, but had issues with mosquito control.

Immaculate and clean , great service , I love this hotel and always use it when I stay in Milan ! Tea and coffee in the room is great , bed is super comfortable, I really have no complaints !

Clean and bright rooms with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card, exceptionally comfortable beds. Pleasant view from the window over garden.

Interesting location for car lovers

The restaurant, facilities : gym, outdoor. Bedrooms were nice. Loved the warm cookies at checking in....The restaurant staff were superb and very helpful.

The location is bit far from the centre but convenient if you want quiet time. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and helpful.

Its in the red light district!! Avoid in future

The breakfast was a real treat with fresh pastries and a variety of juices! The location is decent for exploring. The view from the room wasn't great. A good stay 😊
